Important Notice About Traveling During COVID19

PCR Test Result & Documents Required to Travel to Dubai

     Tourists travelling to Dubai:

  • If your journey originated in one of the following countries, you will be required to take two COVID-19 PCR tests (One no more than 96 hours prior to the departure of your inbound flight to Dubai and the second on arrival in Dubai): Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, the Russian Federation, Rwanda, Senegal, Slovakia, Somaliland, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zambia or Zimbabwe.
  • If your journey originated in any country not listed above, you must be able to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result (from a test taken no more than 96 hours prior to the departure of your inbound flight to Dubai). However, if your journey originated in the UK or Germany, you have the option of taking a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai.
  • If you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test no more than 96 hours prior to the departure of your inbound flight to Dubai, you must be able to present a printed copy of the negative result in English or Arabic to be accepted for travel. Soft copies on mobile phones and handwritten test results will not be accepted. The test must be taken at a UAE government approved laboratory or one of the laboratories listed Here (Use these laboratories if you are travelling from Pakistan). Children under the age of 12 and passengers with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt from testing.
  • Please note that if the validity period of your test result is different in the country you are departing from or travelling to, you should follow the requirement which is most restrictive.
  • If you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai, you will need to quarantine until you receive your results. If you test positive for COVID-19, you must quarantine for 14 days. You will also need to download the COVID19 – DXB Smart App (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and register with the Dubai Health Authority prior to arrival in Dubai.

      UAE residents travelling to Dubai:

  • If you hold a Dubai-issued residence visa, make sure you can obtain an approval from Dubai’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)to return to Dubai before booking your flight. Without approval to return to Dubai, you will not be accepted for travel.
  • If you hold a residence visa issued by any other emirate, you will need to confirm your entry/re-entry to the UAE at ica.gov.ae before booking your flight. If you do not confirm your entry/re-entry to the UAE, you will not be accepted for travel.
  • If your UAE resident visa expired before 01 March 2020, you will not be allowed to enter the UAE. You must apply for a new visa.
  • If your UAE resident visa expired after 01 March 2020, you will be allowed to enter the UAE until 31 December 2020. You will need to have your visa validated within 30 days of entry.
  • If you hold a UAE resident visa and have stayed outside of the country for more than 180 days, you will be allowed to enter the UAE.
  • If your journey originated in one of the following countries, you will be required to take two COVID-19 PCR tests (One no more than 96 hours prior to the departure of your inbound flight to Dubai and the second on arrival in Dubai): Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, the Russian Federation, Rwanda, Senegal, Slovakia, Somaliland, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zambia or Zimbabwe.
  • If your journey originated in any country not listed above, you have the option of presenting a negative COVID-19 PCR test result (from a test taken no more than 96 hours prior to the departure of your inbound flight to Dubai) or taking a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival in Dubai. 
  • If you are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test no more than 96 hours prior to the departure of your inbound flight to Dubai, you must be able to present a printed copy of the negative result in English or Arabic to be accepted for travel. Soft copies on mobile phones and handwritten test results will not be accepted. The test must be taken at a UAE government approved laboratory or one of the laboratories listed here(use these laboratories if you are travelling from Pakistan).    Passengers transiting in Dubai:

  • If you are transiting in Dubai, and your journey originated in one of the countries listed above, you must hold a negative PCR test result (from a test taken no more than 96 hours prior to the departure of your inbound flight to Dubai). You must also make sure that you can meet any transit and final destination entry requirements. 
  • If you are transiting in Dubai, and your journey originated in any country not listed above, you are not required to present a negative COVID-19 test result. However, make sure you can meet any transit and final destination entry requirements. You may be required to present a printed copy of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result at any point during your journey.

     Requirements On Departure From Israel

  • All passengers, including citizens of Israel, are required to submit the outbound passenger statement formno more than 24 hours before the time of departure and present a printed copy of the form along with their ticket to enter the airport and check in for the flight. After submission, passengers will be either cleared or refused to board the flight.

      Entry requirements to Israel

    Only the following types of passengers are permitted to enter Israel:

  • Citizens and residents of Israel.
  • Passengers with a diplomatic or an official passport with a diplomatic or an official ID card issued by the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel.
  • Passengers with an entry approval issued by the Population and Immigration Authority of Israel or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel.
  • All passengers, including citizens of Israel, must complete the inbound passenger statement form no more than 24 hours before the time of departure and present a printed copy of the form at the time of check-in. After submission, passengers will be either cleared or refused to board the flight.
  • Passengers arriving from Red locations, who have been in a Red location within 14 days or transited through a Red location for more than 12 hours are subject to 14-day self-isolation and must complete the self-isolation form.   • Foreign citizens who applied to travel to Israel will need to present an entry clearance issued by the Population and Immigration Authority of Israel or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel. Entry clearance will be issued for exceptional cases only. For more details, please visit https://www.gov.il/en/departments/news/border_closing_coronavirus_14062020.
  • Passengers who obtained the entry clearance must print it out and present it to the relevant officials at the airport. Passengers must keep the clearance until their pass the passport control on arrival in Israel.

  • all flight operates to Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport (DXB)
  • If you are connecting to a flight that departs from Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport (DXB), please make sure that you have at least 2 hours between the flights.

Terms & Conditions

  • All rates are in US Dollar Per Person
  • All rates Non Commissionable, quoted per person in half twin room.
  • Above rates are NOT applicable for special occasions like Festivals, Exhibitions, Conferences, Meetings and Religious Holidays (e.g. Eid, Christmas etc.)
  • All bookings must be sent at least 21 days before group arrival, and 60 day for special occasions, Exhibitions, Conferences, Events and holidays.
  • The full price of any tour or excursion shall be due and payable when a booking is made and we may cancel any booking if the full price of the Activity is not paid to us at least, (10) days for tours prior to commencement of the said Activity.
  • No refund and 100% cancellation charge applies for bookings cancelled less than (7) days for tours, and 21 day for holidays packages and hotels booking, prior to commencement of an Activity. Failure to turn up in the designated location for an Activity by the specified departure time shall be considered to be a cancellation.
  • Mother company is responsible for all tour leaders’ payments, Hotel booking or any extra expenses for leaders during a trip.
  • We shall be entitled to cancel, alter or omit any part of any Activity for which a booking has been made with or without notice to you at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of many of the Activities, delays and cancellations may result due to factors beyond our or our suppliers’ control, such as the weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions and other events of force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be will give to the client or agency, in case not possible to make the activity in another day.
  • You understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain activities. You take responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in any of the activities. You agree to comply with the instructions in English of any personnel providing the Activity (Leader). If in the opinion of that Leader, your behavior or physical condition is detrimental to the safety, welfare and well-being of the group as a whole, or if the Leader considers that your general well-being will be put at risk by continuing with the Activity, you may be asked not to participate in the Activity without the right to any refund of the price.
  • Where we offer Activities provided by third parties, or issue you with a voucher entitling you to a ticket for an event, we act only as agent for the operator of the Activity concerned or the organizers of that event. The terms and conditions of the operator of the Activity or organizer of the event will apply to you and any refund will be subject to those terms and conditions. We will therefore have no responsibility for the acts or omissions (including negligence) of those operators or organizers or their servants or agents, or for any injury, damage or loss arising in connection with the provision of Activities by such operators or in connection with the event or its organization.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the Activities and/or in connection with your contract with us and/or the operator of any Activities. You are advised to have comprehensive travel and health insurance. All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the Activity.
  • Tour times and duration are for indicative purposes only and can vary at certain times of the year. Further, some entertainment options for e.g. belly dance show for safaris are not available during the holy month of Ramadan.
  • All tours and packages have minimum participants, we have right to cancel the tour or trip if the minimum number was not reached. Otherwise, clients can request for private tour instead which we can also provide at a different rate.
  • Alcohol and smoking are not allowed in all our tours and vehicles. In addition, we have a right to cancel the client tour without refund in case of non-compliance.
  • All final bookings and changes and payment should be done at least 14 day before group arrival. We can still accommodate bookings made less than 14 days; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of tours such as Safari and Dhow Cruise as these are provided by external parties.
  • All reservations must include the following details (Client Name, Number of passengers (If any children, age is requested), Hotel / Apartment / Port / Airport name & location, Arrival & Departure date with Flight/ Cruise Ship details (for airport pick up & drop off), Tour leader mobile number (local and international)
Tours & Packages include / Exclude 
  • Transfers and Excursions by buses, vans, Coaches or cars (Subject to number of participations).
  • All Tax and Fees include in full amount of tour, except tourism dirham in hotels.
  • Professional licensed English Tour Guide.
  • All the entrance fees to the sites mentioned in the above Tours.
  • Rates for tours are (8hours full day, 4hours half day), any extra hours will applicable to extra charge 70$ per group.
  • Some activities include meals (Subject to tour conditions).
  • Not include any payments for tour leaders and any extra requests or meals. (Unless mention in contract).

  • Hotel Check in 2pm and Check out 12am.
  • All Airport transfer move from hotel before 4 hours of flight time for Dubai Airport, and 5 hours for Abu Dhabi Airport, any delay customer responsible for his own transportation to airport.
  • For universities, institutes, schools, there are educational tours with special programs and activities for student.
  • We can arrange Meals including the tours upon your request. (Half or Full board)
  • We can arrange a Special Programs & Tours for Incentive, Delegations and VIP Guests.
  • The above itineraries and rates could be changed if necessary.

 REMINDER: Eating and drinking in public areas or streets during the day on the holy month of Ramadan are NOT allowed By Law. Such activities may commence only after Sunset.

Due to high demand during peak periods (i.e. public holidays, exhibitions, special events etc.) separate cancellation policies may apply. Special cancellation policies are applicable for all countries for the Christmas and New Year periods. Please check at the time of reservation. No Refund for Burj Al Arab, Dhow Cruise, Safari, Tickets & Dubai dinner with belly dancer.
Curtailments: For all Bookings: Charges will be levied as per the actual charges received from the supplier/hotel plus US Dollars (USD) 50 per booking. Proof of return travel (boarding card) should match the end date of last service utilized.
Partially Utilized Packages are non-refundable.
The above does not apply to group bookings.
